Alhambra Hall Renovation & Site Improvements

About this Project

Due to the age and overall condition of the exterior envelope of Alhambra Hall, this project will remove the existing materials of the building envelope and provide new materials including roofing, siding, windows, and exterior doors. Exterior stairs will be replaced and brought up to code. Structural repairs and additional maintenance will be performed.

Site amenities will be revitalized to include the installation of new hardscapes and pathways, landscaping modernization to include sustainable and low-maintenance plantings that improve marsh and pollinator habitat, additional gathering spaces, and parking improvements.

At the public park, improvements include new inclusive playground equipment, new hardscapes, enhanced gathering areas, additional site furnishings, new perimeter fencing, and additional parking
