The building envelope features a high-quality mix of materials, including brick veneers, composite aluminum wall panels, stone paneling, and expansive curtain-wall window systems that provide abundant natural light and a modern architectural expression.

 The interior program includes conference rooms, kitchens, private and open offices, and customer-service areas equipped with a drive-through window and secure payment drop box.

 The site package encompasses an underground stormwater management system, new parking areas, an irrigation system, and a detailed landscape design. Site enhancements include cast stone pavers, a decorative fountain, and integrated site lighting that contribute to a welcoming and functional campus environment.

 Overall, the project delivers a modern, efficient, and aesthetically refined facility designed to support the operational needs of the Summerville Commissioners of Public Works and provide an enhanced experience for the community they serve.
