About this Project
Built concurrently with the St. John’s Fire District Headquarters building. The station boasts a 4,300 square foot bay area that can house four pieces of fire and emergency equipment. Pre-engineered metal building with metal wall and roof panels. Interior walls to be metal studs and sheetrock. Started out as a 1,100 SF structure. Hill upgraded it to an 8,000 SF metal building.
