About this Project

Structural steel and concrete repairs. Extensive stucco work.

Exposed steel was sandblasted, epoxy coated & painted to protect from the corrosive environment. Concrete columns and balcony edges were removed to repair steel and reinstalled. New deck coatings were applied to protect the concrete.

All exterior sheathing was removed to inspect stud framing and steel. New sheathing, air barriers, impact windows, entry doors, and EIFS cladding were applied to protect the structure.

Both elevators were replaced and upgraded with new interiors.
