K-Hovnanian’s Four Seasons
at Lakes of Cane Bay – Gatehouse

Work consisted of the new construction of the gatehouse and entrance monuments as part of a larger scope of amenities across 14 fully developed acres for K-Hovanian’s Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay. Hill provided full CM-at-Risk services throughout design and construction, guiding client decisions on program, materials, and systems while maintaining the project budget and schedule.  Amenities include a 21,000+ SF clubhouse with additional amenities including an indoor pool, ballroom, fitness center, outdoor pools, sport courts, and a marine bulkhead/stage for performances.
