K-Hovnanian’s Gatehouse

Work consisted of new construction of gatehouse and entrance monuments for K-Hovanian’s Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay. Newly constructed 21,000+ square foot clubhouse with site amenities spread across 14 fully developed acres. Amenities include an indoor pool, ballroom, fitness center, outdoor pools, sport courts, and a marine bulkhead/stage for performances. Hill provided full CM-at-Risk services throughout design and construction, guiding client decisions on program, materials, and systems while maintaining to project budget and schedule.
