About this Project
The Highlands at Legend Oaks renovations involved exterior upgrades to the units. Exterior skin removal, roof replacement, window replacement and some structural repairs were completed. The units also received new interior finishes at the window replacement. This project was completed in multiple phases while the building were occupied.
