Construction is underway for Urban Core Advisors on phase 1 of the new mixed-use commercial development, UPTOWN, located in Carnes Crossroads. Designed as a gathering place that is equal parts shopping, dining, working, and playing — there will be something for everyone.

Phase 1 includes five-buildings consisting of 35,000sf of commercial space including a rooftop bar— a first for the City of Goose Creek – Municipal Government. Stay tuned for updates as this project comes to life.
