About this Project
This project included three office/retail buildings and was completed in 2016. The buildings are slab on grade, structural steel frame with metal stud wall framing, and wood roof trusses. Exterior materials on the retail buildings includes brick stucco and fiber cement siding, with pitched and low-slope roofs.
