About this Project

Hill partnered with GBA on this design-build project for Charleston County School District (CCSD) that was delivered on a compressed schedule for the 2024 school year. The project also included a new access corridor and group restrooms on the 2nd floor of the existing school. From sitework to interior finishes, every detail has been carefully crafted to enhance the learning environment for generations to come. Safety is our first responsibility. Students, faculty, and staff were separated from the construction area. Fire lane and emergency egress from the school was maintained at all times.
