About this Project

New amenity center to serve new community pool containing easy access ground level bathrooms, and upstairs gang bathrooms and food prep space.  It also contains ground level gathering area and 1,300 SF second floor screen porch with exposed roof structure 17’ above. 30’ tall, exposed wood piles, large Glu-lam beams, beach house feel, and commercial quality. Hill performed Preconstruction, VE, Self-Performed most wood and concrete work to best control budget/potential owner savings/schedule.
