The project consists of a new 21,500 square foot, 2 story building for the Forensic Services Division of the City of Charleston Police Department. The work includes site work, landscaping, fences and gates, segmental retaining walls, concrete, masonry, steel, millwork/casework, waterproofing, insulation, fluid applied air barriers, composite wall panels, UHPC panels, CI System, roofing, caulking, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead coiling doors, bullet resistant hollow metal door and frames, door hardware, glazing, EIFS/stucco, gypsum board, tile, acoustical panel ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, canopies, aluminum sunshade system, garage divider curtains, photographic equipment, laboratory equipment, biological safety cabinets, roller window shades, elevator, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, and electronic safety/security.
