About this Project

Phase 1 of the project included the construction of a temporary bank location to allow for the demolition of the existing branch and an adjacent vacant building.

Phase 2 included a new branch that is designed to blend seamlessly with the historic charm of Laurens Town Square and features a more defined presence along W. Main Street. Convenient drive-thru services with additional customer parking and improved traffic flow are also included.

The interior layout has been thoughtfully designed to cater to a more personal banking experience. The open ceiling in the common areas, clear-story windows, and glass office fronts will allow for an abundance of natural light throughout the space. A customer-friendly teller area, six private offices, conference room, coffee bar, and a reimagined lobby will create a welcoming space for customers.
