About this Project

The project includes a new Office Building and a new Mechanic Shop that will serve as the company’s Charleston headquarters and operations center.

The Shop features:
– 8,800 SF shop with 8 rollup doors and a spacious open bay area for service and repair
– 1,496 SF parts room
– 363 SF air compressor and oil tank storage
– 1,634 SF office with a breakroom, locker room, manager’s office, and conference room

The two-story 4,318 SF Office/Operations Center features:
– Multiple offices, a dispatch room, and a large conference room on the first floor
– A large open space for training and team meetings on the second floor.
