About this Project

Located in a well-established industrial park in North Charleston at 7189 Cross County Road, this project features a 10,000 SF office and 40,400 SF warehouse in a Nucor metal building with six acres of fenced outside storage. This fast-track design-build project was designed, permitted, and constructed in an 11-month timeframe despite weather-related challenges. The project also required multiple early-release packages to accommodate long lead items.
